Rene Ebo Adu Junior Esq. (LLB, QC, CDPS)

Rene Ebo Adu Junior is an astute and versatile lawyer of 15 years standing at the Bar. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he obtained his LLB and moved to the Ghana School of Law, Makola where he obtained his Qualifying Certificate. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2010.

Rene Ebo Adu Junior started his career with Lawfields Consulting, a leading law firm in civil and corporate issues as well as company secretarial services. He later joined ProCredit Savings and Loans Limited where he deputized the Head of Legal. At ProCredit Savings and Loans Limited, he developed an interest in human resource and Labour issues and was placed in charge of litigation and Labour related issues.

Rene moved on to join Zenith Bank Ghana Limited where he held the role of senior legal officer. He later joined SDC Finance Limited as the Legal & Human Resource Manager and subsequently added company secretariat duties to his profile. He currently holds the role of Head of Legal, Human Resource and Company Secretary in Services Integrity Savings and Loans Limited. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Greater Accra Bar Association and an affiliate of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana. He is a Certified Data Protection Supervisor and a member of Ghana Association of Privacy Professions (GAPP).
