The Apps allows customers to conveniently access their bank accounts and perform basic banking transactions anytime and anywhere using their mobile phones.

    1.2 Who can use the SI Mobile App?

    All SIS&L customers with an active account and a registered mobile number can sign up and use the mobile app.

    1.3 How do I download the SI Mobile App?

    You can download the app from:
    • Google Play Store for Android devices
    • Apple App Store for iPhone devices

    2.1 How do I register on the SI Mobile App?

    To register:
    1. Download the SI Mobile App.
    2. Open the app and select “I have a SIS&L Account”.
    3. Select “I have a SIS&L Account”.
    4. Enter your registered phone number with SIS&L to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
    5. Complete the verification using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone.
    6. Select Register to begin your registration on the App.
    7. Set up your transaction PIN. ( For new users who are not registered on the SI Mobile USSD *753# service)
    Once completed, you can start using the app.

    2.2 Can I log in using biometric authentication?

    YES. The SI Mobile App allows customers to log in using biometric authentication, including:
    • Fingerprint
    • Face ID (on supported devices)
    This feature can be turn on under settings menu on the App.
    This allows faster and secure access to your account.

    YES. For security purposes, daily transaction limits apply to transfers and payments performed through the mobile app. These limits are set in accordance with SIS&L policies and regulatory requirements.

    4.1 How can I report fraud or suspicious activity through the SIS&L Mobile App?

    The SI Mobile App provides a convenient way for customers to quickly report fraud or suspicious activity.
    To report fraud:
    1. Open the SIS&L Mobile App.
    2. Select the “Help” menu.
    3. Tap “Report Fraud.”
    4. Provide a brief description of the issue and submit.

    3. Select the specific transaction you are having an issue with.
    4. Tap “Trouble with your payment.”
    5. Provide the required details (date and amount for the transaction), including the transaction reference number displayed on the page, and submit the report.

    If your phone is lost or stolen:
    • Immediately contact SIS&L Customer Service or visit the nearest branch.

    Downloading the app is free. However, certain transactions (Bank to Wallet, Bank to other bank transfers) attract standard bank charges in accordance with SIS&L’s tariff guide.
